Young musicians, interested in playing rock, jazz, contemporary or folk music are preferred to apply, who are open-minded to other musicians, as well as to the variety of music and do not refuse improvisation.
On the one hand, standard music patterns (evergreens of blues, rock and jazz songs) are to be covered, such as the music of The Doors, Janis Joplin, Herbie Mann or Pat Metheny during the trainings. On the other hand, songs will also be made by the applicants’ ideas and themes or by their improvisations. Beside this, we will freshen our ideas and abilities for concentration on the basis of László Sári’s instructions.
Schedule:
Monday: Arrival, introduction, basic training in the late afternoon
Tuesday-Friday: two classes a day in the mornings and afternoons; free music playing in the evenings
Saturday: Main rehearsal in the morning, then a concert in the evening
Sunday: Leaving the camp
Location:
Felsőtold, Nógrád County. (95 kilometres from Budapest). The village is near to Hollókő, with nice and silent scenery.
Accommodation:
In 3-4 beds rooms of comfortable, nice guest houses

It includes the accommodation and meal three times a day beside the professional charges. Travel fees are paid by applicants; cooperation in car navigation is offered.

Csaba Hajnóczy
-Biography-
Studied classic guitar and composing at Béla Bartók Music School. Graduated in 1983 at Music Science Department of Ferenc Liszt Music Academy. Played in Kontroll Csoport between 1980 and 1983, founder of Kampec Dolores, plays as a composer and guitarist. Through the years he has played in several bands and collaborated in other projects as well.
His first pedagogic experience was given by Klára Kokas, Dr. at the Academy, later he became her colleague and assistant. Taught guitar playing and solfege in private lessons between 1975 and 1990. Since 2003 he has taught music history, conducted choir and given music trainings as well as guitar lessons at Waldorf Óbudai Grammar School. From 2007 he has led music workshops and camps in the organisation of Mediawave Festival and Millenáris Culture Centre in Budapest.
His pedagogic experience has been developed in harmony of Steiner method at Waldorf School.
